Planning
Our planning team have a combined experience of over 30 years and have dealt with hundreds of sites in most local planning authorities, which gives us prior knowledge of local authority procedures. All this has led to an extraordinary level of success when acquiring planning permission. We identify the opportunities, constraints, impacts and, above all, the risks presented by every site. We work closely with and employ industry-leading specialist consultants to assist us. This allows us to evaluate each site on an individual basis, considering the physical characteristics and planning position as well as influences that may be placed on it, so that we can provide efficiently researched applications that are clearly presented and feasible to deliver both financially and technically. Planning can be difficult to navigate at times, which is why we ensure that our applications comply with both planning and environmental law.
Development
Upon the granting of planning permission, a programme of works for the construction of the project will be developed by our in-house professionals, incorporating ideas and observations of all stakeholders. A key strength of IHG is our ability to provide a single-source solution to every development project we undertake. Our building services team and project managers will evolve the design vision and construct the build on time and within budget.
