Jason Webb
Partner
Jason Webb, our partner at Ideal Holding Group (IHG), earned his reputation in the UK as a successful developer. Jason is proud of the home building and construction heritage he built and advanced over his 30-year career. Over his career, Jason has worked on multiple projects ranging from developments containing 300+ units to smaller, more bespoke developments. Jason has always enjoyed working in partnerships and has done so with large scale developers, private land owners, and investors.
Tony Sandhu
Partner
Tony, our partner at Ideal Holding Group (IHG), has extensive experience in the property sector, which comes from 30 years in acquisition and disposal within the residential and commercial property sector. Tony also headed up Consensa Private Equity in 2007, invested in several start-up's and distressed businesses, which include Care Homes, SAP training & recruitment, Ethernet Cable manufacturer & retailer and Healthcare training. During this period, Tony has built an extensive knowledge base and experience across these industry sectors, building a vast network of professional contacts.
Marcus Claridge
Lead Architect Board Member
Marcus Claridge founded award-winning Claridge Architects in 2004. His experience spans more than 25 years across multiple sectors and includes in-depth knowledge of planning policies and an understanding of complex sites, enabling him to lead and deliver numerous projects across the UK and internationally.
He has been a member of the RIBA Small Practice Committee, currently sits on the Wandsworth Design Panel and Richmond Design Panel and has acted as an external assessor at Cardiff University from 2015 to 2017. He also sat on the RIBA Awards judging committee in 2009 and was involved in Architect in the House annually from 2006 to 2009.
Marcus has been a fully qualified architect since 1997, receiving his architectural training at the Bartlett, University College London. Prior to establishing Claridge Architects, Marcus’ experience includes acting as Project Architect at Softroom (1 Year) and ORMS (5 years). He is supported by a 15-strong, full-time design team with an international composition.
Ian Layford
Development Director
Ian has worked in property for over 30 years and, before joining IHG Global, held the position of Investment Director at Domus UK Limited (part of the NCH Capital group) for 10 years and continues to provide consultancy services to NCH Capital today.
Working initially in private practice and ultimately heading up the national valuation team for a top ten property consultancy, before making the transition to property development in 2007. Ian has extensive experience in site acquisition, planning, construction and the disposal of substantial projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.
Ian holds an MBA (Construction & Real Estate) with distinction from Reading University, a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management and an RICS Diploma in Project Management.
Richard Eltham
Project Manager
 Approaching 20 years at a management level in construction, starting as a site manager for David Wilson homes on their flagship Witney development before moving into main contracting as well as high volume and high end private developing taking in the regeneration of Caroline st and regent parade in Birminghams jewellery quarter. Taking a keen interest in all aspects of construction, from design and procurement through to quality and health and safety, Richard has implemented contractual and H+S framework along with company policies and manuals into the brands he has worked with.
